Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Med/Surg and ICU units
- Lead a team of approximately 90 staff members
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 5 years of Nursing experience with progressive leadership roles
- Experience in Med/Surg, ICU, or ED RN work
