About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for home health visits in the Pottstown/Gilberstville area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Care: Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, following designated care plans and adapting to their unique needs.
  • Assessment and Documentation: Conduct thorough assessments, document observations, interventions, and evaluations using state-of-the-art touch pad tablets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Case Management: Coordinate client care services, including wound care, treatments, and procedures, collaborating with healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements:
  • Licensure and Experience: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania, minimum one year of recent clinical experience, and prior home care experience preferred but not required.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary package includes:
$67,000 - $83,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits such as paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, vision, dental, and medical health plans, employer-paid life insurance, 401(k) with company match, direct deposit, and employee assistance programs.
