Caregiving Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiving Specialist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania.

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and requirements.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care for clients.

• Administer medications and perform various treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, observations, and interventions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making.

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in PA.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience, preferably in home health care.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.

• A competitive salary range of $$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
