We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team at the Moore Law Group.

Job Summary

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation process and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Draft and review documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
  • Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements.
  • Manage cases from start to finish, including discovery, trial, and appeal.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the practice of law in the State of Colorado.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in creditor's rights law a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
