We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Scheduler and Document Specialist to join our team at Jobot. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of single service or turn-key EPC construction for PV solar, wind, and renewables, as well as industry-leading electrical infrastructure, substations, and large-scale public sector construction services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, including project phasing, project milestones, material delivery, and manpower projections.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to ensure scheduling accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify status, and identify potential issues.
- Prepare and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and kept current.
- Manage project exhibits, including creation, organization, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the project team to manage and mitigate risks and delays.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status and schedule.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide expert input regarding scheduling and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling and document management.
- Proven experience with planning, scheduling, and managing exhibits.
- Proficient with construction management software and scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various construction sites as needed.
