About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Scheduler and Document Specialist to join our team at Jobot. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of single service or turn-key EPC construction for PV solar, wind, and renewables, as well as industry-leading electrical infrastructure, substations, and large-scale public sector construction services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, including project phasing, project milestones, material delivery, and manpower projections.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to ensure scheduling accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify status, and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and kept current.
  • Manage project exhibits, including creation, organization, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the project team to manage and mitigate risks and delays.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status and schedule.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide expert input regarding scheduling and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling and document management.
  • Proven experience with planning, scheduling, and managing exhibits.
  • Proficient with construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various construction sites as needed.
