Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in equipment.
- Disassemble and reassemble machine components according to manufacturer specifications using a variety of tools.
- Repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery and its components to ensure optimal performance.
- Foster positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Manage repair job costs and maintain accurate records of parts and repairs.
- Ensure company tools and equipment are kept in excellent condition.

- Skilled in selecting appropriate tools and equipment for specific tasks.
- Capable of making precise adjustments to machinery controls.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for mechanical repairs.
- Strong reading comprehension and listening skills.
- Preferred experience of over five years in a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Occasional travel to customer locations may be necessary.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent physical activity, including manual dexterity and coordination.
- Capability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
- Must be able to respond to visual and auditory signals effectively.
- Work primarily indoors with exposure to mechanical parts and varying weather conditions.
- Noise levels may be high at times.
- Occasional exposure to chemicals and high-pressure equipment.
