Job Description
We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join our corporate HQ team in St. Paul, MN to primarily support payroll, benefits, and compensation. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, this role will interact with local HR teams in the U.S. and Canada, providing a unique opportunity to experience work spanning HR Total Rewards, HRIS, payroll and Employee relations. This position is mostly on-site in the office, with flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
  • Support of employees and systems during our payroll integration and future M&A activities.
  • Provide support and assistance for the HRIS (UKG), running reports and audits of data integrity, and assisting with setup and testing of implementation change requests.
  • Support payroll in fiscal and calendar year end processes and provide payroll processing backup.
