Role: Employment & Training Support Professional 1 – Part Time

Compensation: $17.25 per hour

Work Hours: 25-30 hours per week

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 4:00pm-9:00pm

Job Responsibilities

The Employment & Training Support Professional 1 is responsible for providing orientation, training, and oversight to individual participants in the program. This role involves the implementation of employment strategies aimed at enhancing worker development and ensuring job tasks are executed according to established standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting participants in setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Monitoring progress and delivering individualized services tailored to each participant's needs.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders through effective communication, education, and advocacy.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle.
Essential Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
