Human Resources Generalist Job Opening

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Waco, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in payroll administration, benefits management, employee relations, compliance, and onboarding.

About the Role:

• This is a fully on-site role, requiring regular presence at our manufacturing facility in Waco, TX.
• You will support the HR Manager in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Key responsibilities include processing payroll, handling benefits administration, addressing employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing Workers' Compensation claims, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• SHRM-CP certification preferred (or eligible to obtain within the next year).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, familiarity with employment laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
