This is a fully on-site role, perfect for someone who’s excited to contribute to a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and handle benefits administration.
  • Partner with department managers to address employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other employment laws.
  • Manage Workers’ Compensation claims and maintain OSHA records.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and unemployment claims.
  • Regularly engage with employees on the factory floor to build trust and ensure HR visibility.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in HR; experience in the manufacturing industry is a big plus
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP preferred (or eligible to obtain in the next year)
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, familiarity with employment laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
