Job Overview

The ideal candidate will engage directly with clients to ensure that deliverables align with the established scope and financial parameters. Collaboration with various departments is essential to guarantee that all facets of each maintenance task are harmonized, and recruitment of additional personnel may be necessary to meet client demands.

A college degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the maintenance or construction sector is preferred. The candidate should be well-versed in industry concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on their expertise and judgment to achieve objectives. This position requires a diverse skill set, including leadership and the ability to guide others effectively. A significant degree of creativity and independence is expected, with reporting typically directed to senior management or the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Guarantee that all tasks are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, and budget.
  • Assist in defining the scope and objectives of maintenance tasks while ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources.
  • Develop comprehensive plans to monitor and track the progress of maintenance tasks.
  • Manage alterations to the task scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification methods.
  • Assess task performance using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential task risks.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with external vendors.
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation for all maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor task performance to analyze the successful achievement of both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Meet financial targets and adjust task constraints based on budgetary analysis.
  • Utilize and continuously enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
  • Develop visual aids such as spreadsheets and diagrams to document requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the maintenance or construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and internally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Solid organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
