- Team Leadership: Coach, counsel, and mentor employees, and enforce company policies and procedures, including issuing disciplinary action as required.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration: Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members, and with other departments and stakeholders.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience: Four+ years of relevant experience in airport operations, management, or a related field; six+ years of experience preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work Schedule: Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Work Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced airport environment, exposed to various weather conditions, jet and machinery noises, and other environmental factors.
