Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our sales and service team as an Inside Salesperson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our outside sales team, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth in the DFW area.Key Responsibilities
  • Support outside sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient facility operations
  • Develop and maintain industry knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Effective time management and follow-up process to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or relevant field, and 2+ years' B2B sales experience in the industrial/capital equipment industry
  • Valid Driver's License and clear motor vehicle record
  • Forklift experience and material handling skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
