Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventive and routine maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks
  • Address maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain an organized and clean maintenance workshop and storage areas
  • Evaluate and resolve maintenance concerns in guest accommodations and common areas
  • Keep precise maintenance logs and inventory records
  • Support special projects and renovations as needed
  • Follow company and safety regulations diligently
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience in the hospitality sector
  • Skilled in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to lift and transport heavy items
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Clear background check required
Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time hourly position offering a pay range of $18 to $25 per hour, along with hotel discounts and a hiring bonus.
