The Customer Experience Operations Manager will lead front-end operations, ensuring high levels of engagement and customer satisfaction. They will work closely with upper management to address issues and concerns through effective communication, adherence to company policies, and thorough training of front-end partners.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and developing front-end staff">
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work">
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems">
  • Ensuring accuracy of front-end procedures">
  • Maintaining a clean and safe store environment">
  • Supporting training on customer service, product codes, cash handling, and scanner usage">
  • Frequently opening and closing stores">
  • Monitoring performance and evaluating results">
  • Implementing proper controls for shrink management">
  • Maintaining compliance with company regulations and food safety standards">
  • Following proper protocols for working safely with sharp objects and hand tools">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years of related experience">
  • Intermediate knowledge of store operations and company checkout policies">
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push/pull heavy objects">
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in SAP for reporting purposes">
  • Strong organizational and time management skills">
  • Effective communication and leadership skills">
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask">
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information">
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (if applicable)">
  • Relevant certifications such as HIPAA, TABC/LACT, and AML (if applicable)">
