Customer Experience Ambassador

As a Customer Experience Ambassador at Rhone Apparel Inc, you will be working on the frontlines to ensure every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. This role requires passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver results while prioritizing customer satisfaction and applying an omnichannel mindset
- Build relationships with customers, team members, and business partners
- Become a Rhone product knowledge expert, educating customers on features and benefits
- Assess customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Support all areas of the selling floor, including fitting rooms and point-of-sale operations
- Participate in replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks
- Take initiative by jumping into any task, asking questions, and sharing ideas

Requirements- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and upbeat personality
- The ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals
