Position Overview

As an Application Software Engineer at Resource Point Consulting Inc, you will be integral to the comprehensive software development life cycle (SDLC). Key Responsibilities
  • ERP Implementations: Contribute to the deployment of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, and Peoplesoft.
  • Database Management: Play a crucial role in database administration and data migration, assisting global clients in transitioning their legacy data to cloud-based ERP solutions.
  • Data Integration Solutions: Develop effective solutions for the Data Conversion and Data Integration teams, facilitating the transfer of substantial data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors load templates. This will streamline the data loading process using ETL tools like SQL Server Integration Services and Informatica.
  • HCM Configuration: Acquire hands-on expertise in fundamental Human Capital Management (HCM) configurations across various modules, including Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Time and Absence, and Payroll systems.
  • Learning Solutions Development: Engage in the development of ERP learning solutions.
  • Software Development: Participate in the design and coding phases using programming languages such as Java, .NET, and Python, while also debugging web interfaces with technologies like Angular Java, JSP, ASP.NET, C#.NET, and Silverlight.
  • ERP Troubleshooting: Demonstrate the ability to debug and resolve issues within ERP systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Peoplesoft.
