Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Registered Nurse with strong communication skills to join our Ambulatory Neurology team as a Nurse Manager. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to ensure competent, compassionate, and individualized nursing care for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Ambulatory Neurology Nursing Team, providing clinical oversight for the Medical Assistant Team.
- Participate in daily operational activities necessary for a safe patient/staff environment, including policy and procedure implementation and neurology clinical patient care initiatives.
- Provide clinical nursing coverage as needed, ensuring the ambulatory practice standards are up to date.
- Assess needs of the team, participate in projections for nursing projects and new initiatives, and collaborate with the clinical care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing with relevant experience may be considered.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of staff and interdisciplinary teams.
