We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Oil States International in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience and excellent customer service skills.

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for representing the company to all customers, acting as a point of contact for customer accounts, and assisting with sales orders, expediting, pricing, delivery, and stock availability. The successful candidate will also maintain open order status reports for customers on a daily basis, send shipping documents to customers daily, and issue RGA's and RFA's as needed.

A typical day in this role will involve interacting with customers through digital communications, conference calls, and periodic visits. The successful candidate must be able to perform co-workers' duties in their absence and maintain customer pricing schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Act as point of contact for customer accounts
  • Assist customers regarding email, faxed or customer website generated orders
  • Process sales orders for each new purchase order received
  • Maintain open order status reports for customers on a daily basis
  • Send shipping documents to customers on a daily basis
  • Issue RGA's and RFA's as needed
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of one year experience, excellent customer service skills, and intermediate PC knowledge including Excel, Word, and Outlook. The ideal candidate will also have good mathematical skills, be capable of running errands on behalf of the company, and be a self-starter who is easily motivated.
