About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative Leader to join our team at Spectrum Paint Company Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our presence in the market.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform future sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
