Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Hops Spot. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences and delivering top-notch beverage service.

• Craft Cocktail Development: Assist in creating new craft cocktails to add to our seasonal menu, utilizing your knowledge of mixology and flavor profiles.
• Syrup Preparation: Prepare, mix, and put together craft cocktail syrups from scratch, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
• Inventory Management: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar area.
• Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all food and beverage regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

• Age Requirement: Be 21 years of age or older.
• Training and Experience: Possess Food Handlers and Smart Alcohol Responsibility Training certifications, as well as previous experience as a bartender in an upscale or casual dining atmosphere.
• Creativity and Communication: Demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Demands: Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours), safely lift and maneuver trays of food and containers weighing up to 50 pounds, and maintain stamina to work 50-60 hours per week.
