As a Senior Mixologist at Chic-a LLC, you will be at the forefront of our vibrant beverage program, showcasing the rich flavors of Latin American culture through expertly crafted cocktails and drinks. Your role is essential in creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to indulge in our unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Verify the legal drinking age of patrons and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
• Manage the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in upscale dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Working Conditions:

This position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. The work environment may be loud and fast-paced, requiring quick thinking and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in mixology or related fields.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
