Role

As a Product Manager for Engineering, you'll play a critical role in shaping Glean's capabilities and end-user experience. You'll work closely with our Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success partners to understand our customers and build category-defining tools. Your goal will be to make Glean an indispensable AI Assistant for software engineers, expanding its use cases and frequency of usage.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of software engineers' knowledge needs and workflows
  • Contribute to the development of our product roadmap, aligning customer needs with our product vision
  • Empower your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment
  • Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders
  • Build processes that will scale as our team and company grow
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of ownership across core product or high-engagement product features
  • Strong technical background and a desire to build products for software engineers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Learning and growth mindset
  • Mission-first approach, with success measured by product and team success
  • Early adopter of AI and excited about helping customers accelerate their AI adoption journey
