Position Summary

The Marketing Associate plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities. This position involves conducting market analysis, interpreting consumer behavior data, and generating reports on marketing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute marketing initiatives, including seasonal promotions for family visits, educational trips, birthday celebrations, and corporate events.
  • Oversee the marketing and event management for various programs, including grand openings.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for KidZania's partners, including the creation of marketing proposals and performance reports.
  • Lead the management of new product launches.
  • Facilitate cross-promotional activities by maintaining relationships with local businesses and influencers.
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms and guide photographers in content creation.
  • Update and maintain business information across various online platforms.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across channels, including search engines and social media, with a focus on SEO.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts against established goals.
  • Design and conduct experiments to test marketing strategies and conversion rates.
  • Identify market trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience through optimized landing pages.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and audience research.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments, including Content, Sales, and Human Resources.
  • Complete special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant marketing experience.

Skills Required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with a systematic approach to tasks.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tilda, Shopify, Figma, Notion, Planner, and Trello.
  • Experience with analytics systems and the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; bilingual in English and Russian is preferred.
Compensation

The starting salary for this position is $45,000 annually.
