Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough floor patrols to identify and deter shoplifters
  • Monitor Closed Circuit TV to prevent and investigate theft
  • Write accurate and detailed reports of incidents
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed
  • Provide courtroom testimony as required
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Previous loss prevention experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3-4 hours at a time
