About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Center Supervisor to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the general management of employees assigned to the production areas, ensuring the highest quality plasma collection and processing standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee performance and scheduling to ensure efficient operations
  • Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives to optimize plasma collection and processing
  • Work with donors to resolve concerns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Analyze opportunities for improvement in non-conforming events and implement corrective actions
  • Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Foster teamwork, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
  • Frequent bending and reaching, ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
