Homecare Nurse Specialist

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Homecare Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Deliver patient care services, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-care and independence.
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- 1+ year of experience in home healthcare or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
