Job Overview

We are seeking a Director of Financial Institutions Regulatory Affairs to join our team. This critical role involves overseeing our Strategic Partner compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.

The estimated salary for this position is around $130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Strategic Partner compliance program
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a strong reputation in the industry
  • Develop and implement CMS
  • Monitor compliance risks and provide guidance

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing daily Strategic Partner compliance requirements
  • Experience with FDIC examination process and engaging with regulators
  • Ability to use sound judgment and make critical decisions regarding compliance with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CRCM Certification preferred but not required
