Job Overview

G2 Secure Staff is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ramp Agent to join our team at the Albuquerque International Sunport. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ground handling services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ground support for inbound and outbound aircraft, including baggage handling, mail and freight handling, and aircraft servicing.
  • Operate motorized equipment and drive vehicles to transport baggage, mail, and freight to and from various locations within the airport.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient handling of all ground handling operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable).
  • Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues, managers, and clients.
