Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial strategy for an organization with an annual budget ranging from $4-5 million.
  • Work in partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage complex projects, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation.
  • Oversee financial reporting, providing insightful analyses and projections to stakeholders and the Board of Directors.
  • Enhance the finance department's operational capabilities, focusing on modernization and efficiency.
  • Supervise the Finance Department, including managing staff and vendor relationships.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Contribute to the strategic direction by analyzing departmental needs and developing actionable business strategies.
