We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Spirit Halloween team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store.
- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
- Generate sales, sign wave, and perform general housekeeping duties.
- Assist with merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.
- Meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
- Ability to work 8 hours standing/walking.
Please note that this is a seasonal position, and the physical demands of the job require a high level of energy and stamina.
