We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Life Care Center of Banner Elk. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests and visitors
- Effectively manage the facility phone and paging system
- Assist with the evacuation of patients in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff members
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Successful completion of a secretarial science program or a minimum of six months of experience in a clerical role
