Compensation:
Earn up to $110,000 annually with a starting salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year. Total annual compensation, including bonuses, can reach between $90,000 and $120,000.

Work Schedule:
Our drivers typically work 5 to 6 days a week, adhering to a 70-hour work week.

Additional Incentives:
- Quarterly bonuses
- Referral bonuses
- Safety bonuses
- Competitive hourly pay of $25.00 while training
- Per diem of $40.00 for overnight trips
- Load and unload pay of $30.00 each
- $20.00 for split loads and pump offs
