We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads to our guests. You'll set the example of what it means to serve and create a positive vibe in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate MOD values and behaviors
  • Create a positive and energetic atmosphere in our restaurants
  • Coach and train Squad Crew members to achieve store tasks
  • Partner with General Manager to engage with our community
  • Ensure Operational Standards are met and resources are utilized effectively
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
