Payroll and Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Billing Specialist to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for processing weekly payroll, collecting timesheets and payroll data, and ensuring compliance with all payroll tax reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll in ADP
  • Collect timesheets and payroll data, verify and enter hours
  • Assist in payables and receivables using QuickBooks
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll tax reporting
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
  • General administrative work supporting human resources and accounting department

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience payroll processing experience
  • Proficient in ADP highly preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Clear written and verbal communications skills
  • Significant attention to detail
