Job Title: Leasing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at a community in the Pittsburg, CA area. This is a full-time position with a 32-hour workweek, offering a competitive hourly rate of $20-$21, plus full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
  • Manage daily leasing operations, including showings, applications, and lease renewals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, community partners, and local businesses.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media, advertising, and community events.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service, with a proven track record of problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering legendary customer service.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sales acumen and ability to generate leases and leads.
