Advanced Practice Provider: Cardiology/Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in a clinical setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with physicians and other staff to establish long-term follow-up patient treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with physicians and other staff to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
- Supervise and train fellows, medical students, and clinical trial coordinators to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide education and support to patients to promote self-care and effective health management
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ANA-approved Nurse Practitioner program with AANC or AANP certification
- Licensure as a nurse practitioner from the Louisiana State Board of Nursing
- At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting
- Proven ability to provide exceptional patient care and customer service
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and computerized medical programs
- Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practice, and medical care
- Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
