IT Depot Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Depot Technician to join our team at WSP in Ephrata, PA. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining our Depot inventory of laptops, imaging and configuring devices, and shipping them across the United States.

• Install and configure software on PCs
• Perform basic troubleshooting on hardware
• Coordinate warranty repair services with vendors
• Track and ship PCs being sent out and process returns
• Perform minor repairs and confirm hardware asset disposition

• Competent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a group setting and individually
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and adhering to WSP's policies
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Prior PC maintenance and installation experience
• Ability to maintain detailed tracking and maintenance records
• Strong desktop support skills and familiarity with ServiceNow, AD, and SCCM
