Objective:

Zwilling J.A. Henckels, a world-renowned cutlery and cookware company, is seeking part-time Sales Associates to enhance our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, self-motivated team player with a strong focus on customer service and a passion for culinary arts. Bilingual speakers in Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish are highly desired.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service
  • Maintain a visually appealing and inviting store environment
  • Showcase and demonstrate products to foster customer engagement
  • Develop and nurture strong customer relationships
  • Assist in receiving shipments in an organized and timely manner
  • Contribute to a pleasant, cohesive, and cooperative work atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Enjoy cooking and entertaining
  • Enjoy interacting with and educating customers about products
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
  • Prior retail sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional attitude and ability to adapt to change
  • Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods
  • Able to lift 35 pounds or more and comfortable using a ladder
  • U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply
