Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs, collect data on behavior, and teach new skills. You will also attend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and maintain clear lines of communication and professional boundaries.
Key Responsibilities- Implement ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settings
- Collect data on child behavior and progress
- Teach new skills and behaviors to children
- Attend regular supervisory meetings with BCBA
- Maintain clear lines of communication and professional boundaries
- Already possess a RBT credential with the BACB
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have graduated from high school or earned a high school equivalency degree
- Clean background check
- High levels of professionalism
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Ability to lift 40lbs, run, kneel, stand, play, and more
We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $25.00 to $28.50 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
