We are currently in search of a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to take charge of significant projects within our organization. This role is based in our Tempe office and requires a full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage large-scale projects while collaborating with civil engineers in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Engage in engineering design tasks, generate reports, create plans, and prepare specifications and cost estimates for various water and wastewater infrastructure initiatives.
  • Oversee project development from initial concept through to successful completion.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, providing engineering services during construction phases.
  • Offer technical guidance to team members to ensure effective completion of design tasks.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Civil Engineering with a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in water and wastewater design, including at least five (5) years in project management.
  • Experience should encompass the design of treatment facilities, collection systems, and various water-related master plans.
  • Proficiency in construction-related engineering services, including the ability to review shop drawings and respond to requests for information.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
