Amuse Server

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Amuse Server to join our team at AccorHotel. As an Amuse Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, creating memorable experiences, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Upsell and suggest menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage cash handling and float procedures accurately.
• Assist with group functions and individual client specifications.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

Physical Demands:

• Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling.
• Occasional lifting and carrying over 50 lbs.
• Frequent pushing and pulling up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent handling and reaching outward.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.

Requirements:

• 1 year restaurant experience preferred; serving experience an asset.
• Creative and passionate about customer service.
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be able to work any shift assigned, including holidays, weekends, mornings, and afternoons.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Provide the necessary State and Federal Requirements to work in Food and Beverage.
