Position Overview:
This role is a Senior Training Analyst position within the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), focusing on the strategic development and management of training operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and analyses of training-related projects and initiatives to align with TRADOC's mission objectives.
2. Offer expert guidance to TRADOC leadership on formulating mid- to long-term training requirements and methodologies.
3. Perform in-depth research to support the development of effective training tactics and techniques.
4. Act as a senior analyst regarding institutional training requirements.
5. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HQDA, TRADOC, and other military branches, to ensure alignment of training policies.
6. Represent TRADOC at conferences and meetings, providing insights and updates on training and education initiatives.
7. Draft high-level responses for approval regarding external inquiries related to training and education.
