Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Officer to join our team at Landmark National Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through the development and management of treasury management products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treasury management strategies to meet the needs of our commercial clients
  • Recommend and implement treasury management products and services to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, and Deposit Operations teams to further develop and manage the treasury management function
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored treasury management and deposit product solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to select staff in the development and implementation of treasury management products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the bank remains competitive in the market
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the commercial banking industry
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in treasury management or a related field
  • Knowledge of treasury management products and services
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally
