About the Role

As a Treasury Management Integration Specialist, you'll play a critical role in onboarding new and existing customers to our Treasury Management products, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new and existing customers to Treasury Management products, providing a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and U.S. Bank during the implementation process.
  • Conduct onboarding activities, perform analyses, and monitor implementation requests from point of sale to customer use.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring an optimal level of service delivery and product functionality that exceeds their expectations.
  • Escalate potential obstacles and communicate implementation status effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five or more years of related experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with internal partners and external customers.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications.
