Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
  • Review and analyze monthly performance, including rent collections, resident retention, and marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Manage daily operations, including rent collections, resident insurance compliance, and screening criteria.
  • Identify potential market challenges and educate staff and regional manager about competitors and market conditions.
  • Ensure OSHA and other safety procedures are implemented and the team is educated on safety precautions.
  • Read, follow, and implement company and employee handbooks, property policy manuals, and governing documents.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a Community Manager.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent sales skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
