Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Registered Technician to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to students with behavioral challenges, utilizing evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or behavior specialist.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.
  • Support students in developing social skills, self-regulation, and independence.
Requirements
  • Valid RBT certification
  • Solid understanding and practical application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow directions from supervising professionals.
