Job Title: Client Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Specialist to join our team at Stratos Wealth Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding service and responsiveness to existing client inquiries and needs, delivering solutions and aligning resources to create an outstanding client experience.
  • Work directly with the Lead Advisor to provide support for financial planning and client relationship servicing.
  • Research and resolve service issues with clients.
  • Assist in a variety of administrative and client service functions with a strong emphasis on professionalism.
  • Manage client contact to ensure client satisfaction and provide support to Advisor(s) through innovative and successful resolution of client service issues and process implementation.
  • Implement and coordinate activities related to the Client Service Model for the Practice.
  • Develop and implement plans for improving overall client experience.
  • Submit meeting notes in CRM (RedTail).
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding any follow-up on service needs, incoming transfers, and when directed by the Advisor.
  • Leverage technology solutions (CRM, Financial Planning & client reporting tools) to enhance the client experience and maintain client service records.
  • Stay abreast of significant changes or developments (e.g., taxation, regulatory, legal, competitive, and technical) within the fields of financial planning and investment.
  • Support account opening and servicing requests as needed.
  • Client event coordination including compiling guest lists and sending invitations, communicating with venues to schedule reservations and set menus, and coordinating with event sponsor companies to ensure all compliance documentation is submitted in good order and any required pre-approval is obtained.
  • Assist with social media postings as needed (monthly campaigns, holidays, blogs).
  • Maintain a library of marketing materials including working with vendors on marketing material ordering & cost estimates.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of related industry experience and/or training.
  • Experience working with financial advisors is preferred.
  • Series 7 required. Insurance licenses are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM applications.
  • Client-first attitude.
  • Experience working with Financial Advisors.
