Key Responsibilities- Analyze tax liabilities and develop strategies to minimize tax burdens.
- Prepare tax projections and returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with CPAs, Accountants, and Financial Advisors to provide comprehensive tax solutions.
- Meet assigned goals and objectives, demonstrating a strong work ethic and motivation.
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Work closely with the Tax Team to service clients and ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Comply with all industry rules and regulations, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and maintain a strong sense of accountability.
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex tax concepts.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with an Enrolled Agent designation and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
