Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) serves as the beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution arm of PepsiCo in the United States and Canada.

This role is integral to the North America Beverage division.

Responsibilities:


The Logistics Team Supervisor will oversee a group of frontline personnel responsible for delivering products to key clients in a dynamic direct store delivery setting.

Manage a team of 15-20 delivery drivers (CDL-Commercial Driver's License certified)

Respond to customer inquiries regarding deliveries and ensure top-notch customer service

Guarantee timely store deliveries each day

Collaborate proactively with sales representatives and warehouse operations to address customer and sales force needs

Mentor, guide, and develop drivers to enhance the sales organization and boost daily productivity through regular route evaluations

Implement process improvements to optimize delivery efficiency

Ensure adherence to Department of Transportation and safety regulations

Occasionally operate delivery vehicles as needed

Conduct team meetings and safety training to reinforce preventive measures

Exhibit strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrate exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities

Possess a heightened sense of urgency

Show proven results in enhancing business performance through effective leadership

Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000.

Actual starting salary will be determined based on location, job-related skills, and experience.

Paid time off is available based on eligibility, including parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement.


In addition to salary, PepsiCo provides a comprehensive benefits package to support employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.


Qualifications:
Preferred 2 years of management experience

Bachelor's degree, high school diploma, or equivalent work experience preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings (4am-6am start), evenings, and/or weekends. Work week will be Tuesday-Saturday (flexibility required based on business needs)

Class A, CDL certification is not mandatory but recommended

Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. frequently

This position is limited to individuals with indefinite right to work in the United States

Must possess a valid driver's license

A safe driving record is strongly preferred
